James was one of my oldest friends. Our adult lives took us in very different places, but every few years, we'd get back in touch and pick up where we left off. I'm so glad we got the chance to reconnect over the last couple of years. I will miss him greatly.

The loss of James is truly heartbreaking. It's a huge testament to him that his passing has had such a profound effect on so many people in Llangollen despite only moving here in recent years.
